I forwarded the ports, and I’ve tried all kinds of passwords and usernames that I can find. The app just sits on “Connecting…” What’s the issue?
Make sure you are using the correct Mobile port, as this can be in a different location than other ports on Zmodo DVRs. If you are at the location of the cameras, and you are using the local network (wifi), make sure you are using the Local IP address. This can be found in the Network section of your DVR/NVR. If you are using 3G/4G or wifi at a location other than that of your camera system, you will need to use the External or Public IP address to access your cameras.
