I just completed the installation of this system, and followed the instructions to the letter. However, when I attempt to “Add Smart Kits” using the Zmodo App I get the error message “No smart kits were found in the network”.
I’ve attempted to resolve the problem by…
- Replacing the network cable from the NVR to the router.
- Performing a reset of the power to the NVR
- Performing a reset of the power to the network router.
- Using MeShare (at the request of Zmodo support)
About the only thing that I haven’t tried is accessing the NVR locally via HDMI. It should be noted that I currently have the 1080p Greet Pro installed, and the setup using the Zmodo app was flawless.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
