This issue is not linked to firmware. Customers across multiple firmware versions report experiencing this issue. Please note that within this thread, some individuals report that it was working with V126.96.36.199, but broke with V188.8.131.52, and others indicate that it was working with V184.108.40.206, but broke with V220.127.116.11.
Our unit in house is currently on V18.104.22.168, and has never experienced hard drive issues.
