I am having the same issues as everyone else regarding my cameras not communicating with my NVR. Here are the specs:
Sometime in late March-Early April I noticed my feed went down. I went through the typical troubleshooting with the system that have worked before. Even reset my internet router, along with the NVR and cameras. I gave up trying to fix it until I had more time. Earlier this month, I took a day off from work just to fix this system, as it is a monitor system for my business. I spent the entire day troubleshooting, trying to get a hold of customer service on the phone, and researching on the internet. That evening I finally found this forum and realized that your company had updated the NVR to where it had to use another app. Your company should have notified it's customers via email or on the home page of the website letting them know this happened. It would have saved me hours of grief and frustration.
So with that said, I downloaded the MeShare & Zmodo apps. However, the issue I am having now is that the ZMD_SAP is not showing up on my network. I've tried everything. Before I go any further, based off the equipment I have, what are the steps I should take to resolve the issues. 1)getting all 4 cameras on a live feed 2)getting the cameras to communicate with NVR
