I have the same problem, support did not respond back to us.
I don't know what was the purpose of the firmware release if it breaks connection with apps/online access, now it's a local NVR only, can't even login using local Zviewer software on windows. Cameras show up blank.
Can zmodo at least please update meshare website (I am ready pay for the service) to include cloud recording?
If not, maybe we can get a local meshare application?
Or, last resort, please post the firmware online (or request by email using serial number or MAC or something) so we can downgrade and get our NVR functioning again.
did you try MeShare website? Strangely that's the only thing that works for me, but who has time to login to a website and also not see recordings..
