Zmodo ZP-NK16-S Lost functionality
I have 2 ZP-NK16-S NVR's at separate locations. Around March 25th 2017 they stopped working a usual.

Software Version V18.104.22.168
- They stopped sending email alerts.
- The NVR Are no longer accessible for LAN connectivity either by a bowser or Zviewer.
However they are pingable and Zviewer and Browser will connect to the IP cameras directly.
- They are no longer accessible remotely.
- On the PlayBack screen within the NVR there is no longer a search field to look up recording by time slot, nor is there a discernible way to backup recordings off the NVR.
Research has led me to believe this is all due to a software upgrade Zmodo rolled out to my NVR.
I now have 2 NVR's no longer working with the options I purchased. Also I have no real useable method to review recorded footage or archive the footage.
I have sent several emails to email@example.com about this requesting assistance and the last known software version allowing me access to the features taken away by this new release. None of which have been acknowledged yet.
Has anyone else encountered these issues? If so were you able to get a solution?
Will someone from Zmodo Support please assist me with this problem?
