One of my cameras that came with this NVR kit has been offline for several days. I can see it on the Zsight viewer on my PC but not on the Zmodo app or at My Devices-Zmodo web site. It just says “Device Offline”. The other camera is fine. Help?
Restart the camera by unplugging and plugging back to the AC outlet. See if that works. Also make sure you have a strong router that has great coverage around the house, this also helps.
