I just received my camera with the QR code. When I scan the QR code in the Zsight app, I get the message that this camera is connected to another device. How can that be?
The first time you scan your QR code sets that Zsight account as the Administrator of the camera. If you want to let other people see your camera(s), open Zsight, go to your live camera, click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner, and then click Manage Accounts. You can now add other people’s email addresses and they will receive instructions on how to access your camera(s).
If this is the first time you are scanning the code and you are receiving the “already registered” error, you will need to contact Zmodo Technical Support via email or phone, so they can reset/unbind your camera.
