Reset Zmodo Greet Pro

I recently purchased a home that has a Zmodo Greet Pro. I am able to talk to the previous owner. We are not able to remove this device from their account and add it to my account. We have deleted it from the app and from the web account. It keeps popping back up on their account and the only thing they can do is share it with me. Is there a way to completely reset this thing to like new? What do other people do when they sell?

They aren’t actually removing it from the app.
They are likely just deleting the app or logging out of the account.

If they really can’t figure out how to get it removed, you can always have them give Zmodo support the device ID and they can remove it from the account.
