I have a ZM-SS7009D8-S with 2 installed cameras. I wonder why there is a difference in the amount of alerts between the main NVR and mobile apps.
For today I have for both Channels almost 3k alerts in alert logs in NVR (they are pointing to the street)
* No mobile alerts in zmodo app (I used to receive some, but not anymore)
* less than 20 alerts in zmodo app
What is the logic behind this?
I will adjust the alert areas with more detailed once I figure out why I'm not getting the alerts.
