This issue is killing my entire zmodo experience. I bought the system last week and everything seemed simple and straightforward enough for my purposes.
I tested it all, ran my wires and got cameras up and working, even brought up the APP to watch everything the first day (since 90% of the reason I bought this system was to make sure the kids were not abusing the new pool while I am away).
Like I said, the first day was great, but since then my APP gives me the same error 99 times out of 100.
Could see fine Friday night, but nothing Saturday or Sunday. This morning they were working again, but all day at work on the WIFI here nothing but "internet connection too slow".
There is an upgrade out there trying to install, but it just spins for 15 or 20 minutes and then dies out. I have rebooted the phone, all my other APPS work perfectly, but every time I pull up my new Zsight app to see what is going on at the house I get the same error and my frustration grows.
Point is, my internet connection speed is more than fine, but this APP is killing me.
Any help would be appreciated.
