Help - is my NVR broken?

Hi All

Looking for some help as I am experiencing a few issues with my NVR and Camera.

After 4 month, the HDD in the NVR stopped working as there was no storage appearing. I did a factory reset of the NVR and added the cameras back in. Everything seemed back to normal.

A week later, all the cameras appear as OFFLINE on the Zmoto app, when I look the NVR there is a message that the VIDEO SIGNAL is lost. In an attempt to troubleshoot, I powercycled the NVR, I checked all connection (inc unplug and plug), I factory reset the PVR - the cameras have disappeared.

I should add, oddly enough the cameras are still sending messages when detecting motion???

Any thoughts Zmoto support and others?
