I just updated to your cloud service (30 day trial). but I noticed on my home or work computers that I can view the cameras using the web, but the playback or cloud service does not work. Does it only work using app for tablets and phone? Also since I updated the app, Im not unable to load any of my cameras that are not part of my wireless NVR. Only the NVR cameras can be seen. It shows the names of all the cameras, just that i cant pull them up. The web based site used to show “thumbnails” of all the cameras, now its just a camera logo. But they still load when you click on them.
