When I first added my NVR and cameras I could see an icon for the NVR and a camera group icon on my phone.
I no longer have the group on my phone. I can access the cameras individually via the NVR but that channel doesn’t let you manage the camera itself…i.e. can’t set camera night sensitivity or turn night vision on or off.
The cameras do appear on the web as individual cameras and there I can turn the night vision on and off but no fine grain controls for sensitivity.
I have contacted support on the issue but apparently they have no idea and have stopped responding to me.
