Okay, here’s what I’ve done so far.
Based on information given to me by a chat representative, I unplugged the cameras (this is no easy thing) and plugged them back in closer to the router, where they reconnected.
I then plugged them back in at their fixed locations, and the cameras started working again, but they stopped with the same symptoms after a couple of days.
I checked with a chat representative again, who said my Wifi signal might not be strong enough (even though all my phones and tablets work fine at the locations where the cameras are, and these cameras are closer to the router than other cameras.)
So I bought a ZMODO BEAM wifi extender. I set that up and the cameras started working again, worked for about a week, and now they’re having the exact same cameras. I have reset the BEAM and moved it around the house, the cameras still won’t connect.
When I bought these cameras, I bought two packages. I bought a four pack and a two pack. The cameras that are not working correctly are both out of the same two pack.
Please tell me the next step of troubleshooting.
