Disconnect all cameras
Factory reset the NVR (cameras still disconnected)
Allow NVR to boot fully
Check NVR IP address in the “Network Settings” portion of the NVR menu
(If it is 192.168.0.10, likely the NVR doesn’t have a connection to the router)
Reconnect all cameras
Be sure that the NVRs are not connected to a switch, as they will have difficulty functioning properly when connected to a switch.
