Beam won't reboot

I was able to initially connect the Beam but now it consistently shows as not connected on Zmodo App on my phone. I have rebooted many times but outcome is always same … solid blue light but no connection. As a result, NO cameras can be set up “automatically.” Appreciate any help!

That sounds like an account issue.

Private message me the ID, and I can check the server to see the beam’s status.
