I can't connect either .... To be honest the Zmodo cameras I bought are hopeless in this respect. They constantly drop off my WIFI network and need manually reconfiguring (the auto functions won't work once you have registered them the once).
The servers at the Zmodo end are hopeless and regularly down -n in fact they cameras have got to the stage that I rarely check them due to the fact that I now assume they probably won't work more often than they will.
It wouldn't be so bad if you could actually access the video feed direct using an IP address and login rather than having to use their site or apps, but for pity's sake if you lock the system down to exclusively use YOUR servers, at least keep them maintained and running.
I would NEVER buy a Zmodo camera again and will go back to Foscam. I just pulled an old Foscam camera out of the cupboard, dusted it off and went straight to the IP address and straight away I have video - it isn't that hard surely guys?!?!?
